All orders will be processed and verified within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or peak shopping seasons will be processed on the next working day. We strictly inspect all personal care products before packaging to ensure no damage, leakage, or defective goods are delivered.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We provide multiple shipping options to meet different customer needs:
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery takes 7-15 business days, suitable for regular orders, with affordable shipping fees and full tracking service.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery takes 3-7 business days, priority processing and delivery, fast tracking update, recommended for urgent orders.
Delivery time is an estimated reference, excluding unexpected delays caused by customs inspection, extreme weather, logistics suspension, and other force majeure factors.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order weight, product volume, and delivery destination. We regularly launch free standard shipping activities for orders over a specified amount. Specific fees will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and logistics query link. You can check the real-time delivery status of your order at any time. If the logistics information is not updated for more than 5 working days, please contact our customer service in time.

5. Delivery Notes

Please fill in accurate and complete delivery address, recipient name, and contact information. We are not responsible for delivery failures or package loss caused by incorrect address information provided by customers. If you are absent during delivery, the logistics carrier will arrange secondary delivery or package pickup according to local rules.
